  “We had BBQ grill. It was fun to cook and have it fresh. Other dishes were good quality and authentic. Staffs are attentive, good atmosphere. Robot waiter is standing by to serve the food too.”

  “A brilliant place to experience a Japanese charcoal bbq! We had the Utage Buffet as wanted to try everything, starting with appetisers which were really tasty and authentic. Would reccomended the tempora king prawn, crispy octopus balls and crispy fried pumpkin. We followed this with a selection of sushi's which again were really tasty. Then the bbq itself with a great selection of meats, beef, pork, chicken all in different cuts and seasonings. The set up with the grill in the centre was great and the extractor dispersed any smoke quickly and efficiently. Staff were always on hand to help and to take any additional orders including drinks which were also unlimited. Would reccomend this experience to anyone wanting to try something a little different in sheffield. We will be coming again to try some of the many other experiences!”

  “Came here on my birthday and the aesthetic of here is gorgeous. The tables are so pretty and the design of the bar and entrance are beyond amazing. The samurai armour at the entrance is also such a nice touch. I came here for lunch and had a chicken katsu bento box and some green tea. The food was very fresh and tasted delicious, it was perfectly portioned as after my meal I was full but not too full. The green tea was refreshing and a whole teapot worth was definitely worth the price. The waitress was so nice and she was very helpful with the menu as it was my first time visiting. She wished me halpy birthday which was really nice of her. The service was above and beyond as then they gave me a complimentary cheesecake and a goodie bag for my birthday. They really didn't need to do this, but it was such a nice gesture and it really means a lot to me. It is no wonder this is the highest rated restaurant in Sheffield, if you are going to visit anywhere then come here. Highly recommend.”

  “I recently visited Guyshi on West Street in Sheffield to try their vegan teppanyaki menu, and it was a great experience. The teppanyaki cooking was a real highlight - watching the chef prepare everything in front of us made the evening feel really interactive and enjoyable. The food was excellent throughout, especially the gyozas and pumpkin fried buns. The teriyaki tofu was also a standout and completely changed my opinion on tofu. I also really appreciated the range of mocktails available - the Berry Blossom was one of the best alcohol-free drinks I’ve had. Everything was well-paced and nicely balanced, leaving us satisfied without feeling too full. Dessert was a perfect finish to the meal. Overall, a fun and unique dining experience with great food. I’d definitely recommend it!”

  “Yesterday I had a wonderful dinner with my grown-up children at Guyshi. We didn't have reservation, but the welcoming people were very nice and friendly with us and we were waiting around 5 min. We ve got a private room upstairs beautiful and elegant decorated. Actually the whole place Guyshi looks very exquisite, cozy and high class. We ordered gyoza, takoyaki, salmon taco; cheese grilled scallops, pork belly, boneless beef short ribs, ribeye steak and octopus tentacles for the charcoal grill and sushi-unagi and green dragon maki. Of course for grill we added mushrooms, courgette, cheese sweetcorn. As drinks Japanese flower teas. The food was amazing delicious and cooked exactly like in Asia! Their chefs are really professional Asian chefs, not amateurs or others. We were served by Winston who was amazing and fully deserves 5 stars if maximum is 5! Winston was very friendly, but also professional and very knowledgeable. He knew everything about every dish. The food was very fresh, excellent cooked, enough for 3 people and Winston brought it in a perfect order and immediately. We all felt like in Heaven 💖I highly recommend Guyshi even you are living outside Sheffield💖💖💖. Definitely it worths the travel!💥💥💥💥💥”

  “Absolutely incredible from start to finish!! Matthew who greeted us was super friendly, Dan on the bar made us some exceptional cocktails. We were served by Yuta and Kaz and my god did they look after us. We left feeling exceptionally full and very very happy. I've already told my whole family about it and will 100% be back!! Thank you gyushi!!!!”
