“We used to order here regularly, however they seem to have changed staff and now the food and service is awful. We ordered the sausage and hot honey dough balls for delivery, it turned up without the hot honey. Upon ringing up and telling them they just repeated themselves saying that they would do it next time without offering a solution. Finally they offered to send some new ones out. 40 minutes later they turned up but they where the cheese ones.... When ringing back to tell them that it was not right the guy argued down the phone getting irate telling me that my eyes where wrong. He then finally in what I can only describe as a tantrum rivaling only a toddler, he told me his driver was coming back and was going to issue a refund. The driver was very polite and well mannered and asked to look at the dough balls. She instantly said they are cheese not sausage. The only reason service is two stars is for the delivery driver as she was really nice and calm Two weeks later , still no refund.”

“Said delivered, food was 15 minutes after being told it was delivered, called restaurant to just be told it's on way, im sure the food if hot would of been lovely, but warm at best, delivery driver makes phone calls for multiple minutes outside address, until deciding to call me after 5 minutes to tell me he's outside, terrible service for the price, delivery driver no care whatsoever.”
