  “Ordered my usual, sausage chips and beans, I noticed straight away the portion tray was a smaller tray than usual, the portion of chips was absolutely shocking. When questioned about the size. The white young man argued with me. Apparently I was wrong and he was right. The portions always come this size he stated. Outside of the shop was a delivery van. Delivering sacks of potatoes at 7pm. Instead of making customers aware that they was a shortage on chips and they are waiting for a delivery. Instead he made chip portions smaller and still charged me full price. Shocking attitude from this one member of staff. He seemed happy to argue and rip customers off. Instead of being honest”

  “Just had 2 large fish n chips and mushy peas, £27 no problem. Turned out it was 1 large and 1 half size in soggy batter and smelled a bit , chips quite a few rotten ends too! Had to dump it in lay-by bin as it was not good . Feel like we were had over . No dinner tonight thanks Dunchurch chippy .”

  “Me and my friend use this as our starting point for an evening walk around Draycote. Twice before we've had the genetic fish & chips/batter sausage & chips. Both times have been delicious and the staff very friendly. Last night, decided to go for a change and ordered Kofta from the wall menu. I was given a choice of sauces and asked whether I wanted salad. I went with mint yoghurt and decided against the salad. Kofta was truly delicious. Freshly made to order (which we hadn't grasped at the time, so we were wondering why on earth it was taking so long) Will definitely order it again, but, maybe see if we can call ahead to order next time to alleviate the waiting time. The photo isn't the best as it was dark outside but hopefully you can gauge the portion size. HUGE! Just a word of advice, it would be useful to advise customers at the point of ordering that there is a wait on it as it's cooked to order.”
