About Minori Rosta
Minori Rosta is a restaurant in Rickmansworth, on Church St, with a 70-dish menu of pizzas and pastas. The Lasagna di cinghiale e porcini, made with wild boar and porcini, is one of the pasta dishes, and Arancini appears among the starters. Pizzas can be customised, so a margherita can be ordered with vegan cheese, and the menu has other vegan options. The dining room has yellow accents in its decor, and the restaurant stands on a village-style street. A second branch operates in Hatch End.

Customer Review Summary
One reviewer calls the lasagna di cinghiale e porcini succulent and plans to reorder it. Others describe generously portioned pizzas and pastas, and a large group found the dishes tasty and plentiful. The margherita drew a complaint of a thin base and burnt crust, and another found a white pizza well-made but not wowing. One diner also wanted a pizza cutter instead of just a knife and fork.

“My boyfriend introduced me to this restaurant as he had been going for years. He is a vegan so they have good vegan options to accommodate him. He is able to customise his pizzas and ask for vegan cheese to make his own margherita pizza which is cool. Once he started taking me here, I absolutely loved it. The decor is so cute, my favourite colour is yellow so I really like how they used yellow accents in their decorations for the dining. I have had two different mains since going here. A margherita pizza and lasagna di cinghiale e porcini. I have to say, the lasagna di cinghiale e porcini takes the win. It was very succulent. I loved the flavour of the sauces they used and the mince was nice too. I loved everything about the dish, and I think it will be my go to meal whenever I go here. The pizza, unfortunately I didn't enjoy as much. It was quite thin, and a bit burnt on the crust, so I don't think I will be getting that one again especially when I know how good the other main is. I have also tried the virgin pina colada and the tropical punch. Both good mocktails more on the creamy side. We have yet to try dessert, but maybe one day we will. I tried the lasagna di cinghiale e porcini at the Minori branch in Hatch End, but unfortunately, it did not match up to the Rickmansworth quality, so I will continue going to this place. One positive I would suggest is the Hatch End branch gave my boyfriend a pizza cutter, which helped out a lot vs just the knife and fork he was given in Rickmansworth. Either providing a pizza cutter or cutting the pizza before serving would be helpful. This restaurant is a hidden gem on a cute village like street. I look forward to returning here and I'm so grateful my boyfriend introduced me to it!”

“We recently had an evening for 32 people at Minori’s and they looked after us superbly. Communication before the day was very helpful, food on the evening was top class, with everyone commenting on how tasty and plentiful the dishes were. Service was top class and will be going back again for future events and meals”

“UPDATE: Thanks for the reply. Just to be clear, the 3 stars weren’t because I missed that it was a white pizza - as I'd mentioned, that was my oversight. The rating is my honest take, while the pizza was well-made, it didn’t quite wow me …”

“I’ve been a regular at this restaurant for over a year now, and it never disappoints. Every visit is a consistently great experience, with both the food and service always exceeding expectations. The pizzas and pastas are generously portioned, and the ingredients are clearly fresh and high quality. Each dish bursts with flavor, and it’s evident that a lot of care goes into the preparation. Whether it’s a cozy dinner or a quick lunch, this spot has become a reliable favorite for its excellent cuisine and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended! Grazie :)”

“What a hidden gem this is. First time for us at Minori today and we had the most fantastic experience. Very early lunch as one of our family was travelling straight after we’d eaten. …”
