Customer Review Summary
Noodles and crunchy vegetables anchor the praise, with reviewers describing Singapore noodles and veg chow mein as fresh, piping hot and full of flavour, never soggy. Close behind are generous portions, including one reviewer who got so much lamb with spring onion and ginger that loads was left over, and another who ordered shredded chilli beef. Staff are repeatedly called friendly and patient, and several mention quick service and fast delivery. The complaints are specific. One diner says the duck was not crispy after the order taker confirmed three times that it would be, and found that employee rude. Another found the chow mein greasy, the pork balls mostly dough with a sweet and sour sauce thick like jam, and the Hong Kong pork tough in a watery sauce, though the vegetables were nice. One reviewer whose large portions arrived small says the driver was sent straight back with the right portions and free prawn crackers.
