“I used to really love this place but on my last 2 visits the food has been very poor for the prices being charged. The first was when I ordered to takeaway and the Parmo was cold and overcooked so I ended up throwing it away. The second time we ate in and the waiting time for the main course was nearly an hour despite us being the first visitors to arrive by which we had finished our drinks already, and by the time the food had arrived it was just to say edible but nothing fantastic considering the prices. The staff are not the warmest of people and often look miserable. The chicken parmo is poor and the steak is NEVER cooked to the requested level instead it’s very overcooked. That’s probably the end of my romance with this restaurant for good now sadly.”
