Most mojitos i've ordered are diluted& unmuddled so i've made sure this one is bloody good. Fresh ginger gives it a thai kick, with lime, sugar and mint, muddled with 'proper' triple measurements of white rum. The best mojito you'll have... I promise. (Mocktail option available)

Our cherry gin sling. What originated in 1915 at the raffles hotel in singapore has become a staple in asia. Here's my twist. Dry gin, cherry brandy, triple sec, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, grenadine & garnished with crushed ice, slice of lemon & a glazed cherry.
