  “Extremely disappointing experience! The person taking the orders was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the food quality was extremely poor and honestly unacceptable. I definitely do not recommend this place and will never order from them again. Total waste of time and money!”

  “the guy that served me was more than unwelcoming just gawked at us. When i told him our order he pretty much ignored me until my boyfriend spoke. took him 3 tries to get our order right and yet still didn’t get mine right. the chips were dry no red salt to be seen (as offered to us) i ordered an add on cheese in my wrap which was not there, the chicken was dry and just terrible in texture. only good thing was my partner enjoyed the burger and his special sauce other than that, shocking.”

  “The food was honestly a 10 out of 10. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. You can really tell care and effort went into the preparation. I really enjoyed the meal and would definitely recommend food to anyone looking for great quality and taste in Preston. I want thank Nabil for great customer service”

  “I ordered a chicken fillet burger and five spicy wings. The food was not fried in oil, it was soaked in grease. Grease was literally dripping out of the chicken, making it inedible. This is unacceptable and a serious quality issue. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve had. Please change the oil Don’t dip into greese”

  “حلال Nice food and good portion sizes. The chap who served us was friendly enough and told us about an offer they were running at the time but we didn’t end up getting that. Some of the decor looked a little dated, could do with a lick of paint.”

  “Went first time last week, chicken was well cooked and not dry. Not too spicy. Good portions of chips... unfortunately tried again this week for lunch. Ordered the family share deal. The chicken wings were stone cold so they probably were from the night before and not even reheated. The pepsi was warm. They forgot the side coleslaw....”
