“Not sure why this place has poor ratings. I loved the food and the seating outside facing the harbor. Tried the smoked trout and the fish & chips. Both pretty solid and get a 5 star.”

“We found this reataurant by chance and were surprised at the quality of the food we ordered. The Fish & Chips was excellent, a proper batter and crispy, tender fries. The Cullen Skink was also really, really good. I got a glimpse of the beef stew and it looked out of this world. I don't undertlstand some of the negative reviews. The staff were super nice.”

“We were the only ones eating here on a Wednesday midday in early September. It was very quiet. The staff was friendly and relatively attentive but it was as laid back as you might expect from a mid sized restaurant on the upper west coast of Skye. The food was good though it's not known to be fine dining. The view was spectacular except for the debris and trash along he coastline just outside our window. Across the bay were the cliffs of Uig which, as with all on the Isle if Skye, is breathtaking. We were grateful they opened for lunch for us and served us quickly.”
