“I pretty sure this place will tick every box you'll be looking for. Good service in a pleasant atmosphere with a nice view if dining outside. Dog and child friendly is a bonus. Food was good at a fair price. Would recommend giving it a try.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Chateaubriand – A Must-Visit in Porthcawl! Had an unbelievable dinner at the Saltwater Inn. We ordered the chateaubriand, and it was hands-down one of the best meals we’ve had in a very long time. The steak was cooked perfectly, exceptionally tender, and seasoned beautifully. The pub itself has a great, welcoming vibe, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. It’s clear the kitchen team really cares about quality. If you want a phenomenal meal right by the coast, do yourself a favor and book a table here. 10/10 recommendation! Staff were incredible. With I had taken a photo. I will next time. Because were here before 6pm my daughter had a free meal. She really enjoyed her pasta bolognese. I couldn't be more impressed.”

“Always love a trip to the saltwater inn. Staff always friendly and food always great and good value for money. It's my sons first choice and in his own word 'Gordon Ramsey couldn't swear about this place, it's amazing' Just had the minted chicken and it was delicious. My son went for his fave which is the chicken chunks and he always eats it with a smile. I would certainly recommend.”
