  “Every time we visit this Harvester, it’s full of life and buzzing with people, which says so much about how popular it is. Despite how busy it always is, we’ve never had a bad meal, and the service is consistently exceptional. The staff all work incredibly hard and always make us feel welcome. On this visit, we had the pleasure of being looked after by Kyla, and I felt she deserved a special mention. She was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, I was suffering with the worst toothache, and Kyla couldn’t have been more caring. She kept checking in to make sure I was okay, offered me water, and kindly asked if I’d like my meal wrapped up to take home because she could see I was struggling to eat. It’s rare to come across someone with such genuine kindness and compassion. Kyla is a real credit to your team, and there should be more people like her in the world. Harvester, you are incredibly lucky to have Kyla as part of your team. Thank you once again for another wonderful meal and a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back!”

  “Enjoyed some fantastic food today at the Pontypool Harvester (the salmon rice dish was delicious!). Taken good care of by friendly and polite staff working closely with manager, Mike, who made us feel extremely welcome. We will be back there again soon...”

  “Had a meal for Daughters birthday today 4th July. Fantastic service by a gent we think was called Ethan? He couldn't have been more helpful, so friendly and a real credit to Harvester. Went above and beyond by popping a candle in her dessert as a surprise. Food was beautiful as usual, hot and plentiful. Thank you all for making a birthday treat so special.”

  “Absolutely amazing meal at the harvester tonight. Just as the uk are getting over a monstrous heatwave, and it still being hotter than normal the staff were still at their very best! Couldn’t do enough for us and also couldn’t apologise enough for a longer wait for food, but I would prefer to wait abit longer and everyone keep hydrated & safe. Kayla our server was running around like a headless chicken, she has been our server a couple of times and she always makes you feel like you are the only people she is waiting on when in reality there are several tables. Thank you harvest keep up the good work and stay safe!”

  “Had a lovely lunch with my daughter and her friends to celebrate her 18th. Our food was delicious, and the salad bar is always a hit. Our server was a lovely lady called Kyla who took great care of us during our meal though she was very busy. It's lovely to have polite and happy staff, who care about their customers. Thank you Kyla 🥰”

  “6 of us came for a meal and everything was amazing! the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Amy who took care of my daughter’s gluten intolerance perfectly. the food was delicious as well. thanks to Mike and Lillie as well for their friendly hospitality and service”
