  “Ordered food last night to be delivered which did turn up promptly. The chips I ordered were completely cold and tasted horrible. One of the pizza's I ordered the base wasn't cooked properly and was claggy in the middle. To save us from getting unwell I had to throw it away. I contacted customer service which again was awful. I took pictures and described what has happened. They said unless I take the pizza all the way to this restaurant minus exactly one piece and all the cold chips then and only then could I get compensation. I had it delivered for a reason. Absolutely awful food and awful customer service. That's it I'm done with dominos, won't eat their food again.”

  “Food never arrived. Ordered over uber eats. Was pending acceptance for around 5 minutes then it was accepted. Been waiting over an hour and a half and still nothing. Phone number provided on their uber eats account leads to nothing. Still no refund”

  “Got given the wrong pizza. We collected as we live outside of the delivery area and they wanted me to return the incorrect pizza for them to fix the situation but that’s a 30 minute round trip for me. No other option and no gesture of good will for next time.”

  “Compared to the other reviews on here I have personally had a really decent time with the deliveries and service. I recently moved here and the young lady on the phone was helpful and the order came very quick. Person who delivered it called Anthony was very kind and polite which was always a nice reaction to see (even though it was boiling the weather) I think we may collect however as I think the delivery charge is a little high but apart from that, the store was fantastic and getting food to us quickly, correct and still warm. Better dominos experience compared to up the line back home.”
