“⭐ 1/5 Absolutely ridiculous service. Their Google profile says they close at 10pm. I tried ringing repeatedly at around 9:30pm and every call went straight to voicemail, so I started driving over to get there before closing. A few minutes into the journey, I tried calling again through Apple Maps and eventually somebody answered. I was then told they actually stop taking orders at 9:30pm. I explained that I HAD tried ordering at 9:30pm, but their phone wasn’t working. The response was basically, “we’ve been having problems with it lately.” I only wanted THREE items, I was already nearby and said I could collect immediately. The guy said he’d ask the chef, then came back saying they supposedly didn’t have anything left, couldn’t make the order and didn’t even know whether they’d be opening tomorrow. What an absolute waste of time. If you stop taking orders at 9:30pm, PUT THAT ON YOUR GOOGLE PROFILE. If your phone isn’t working, FIX IT or update your contact details. Don’t advertise that you’re open until 10pm, ignore customers trying to order during your own ordering hours, then turn them away when they finally manage to get through. I’ve used Paparaj plenty of times before, which makes this even more disappointing. It genuinely felt like they couldn’t be bothered to take the order and didn’t want the business. “Pathetic ordered over 3 years ago and said I would never order again because of a delay nearly 3 hours to deliver food! And thought I would give it another try today and same again 2 and a half hours still no food delivered! I understand they are busy but why take on orders if you can’t keep to them in the agreed time slot! JOKE!”
