  “I'm ashamed to say this was our first visit to Mae Ping Thai Dining.... what have we been missing all this time! Lovely owners and staff. Very welcoming and ready to help out with menu choices if required. The Thai Fishcakes were fantastic. The duck with ginger and pineapple was outstanding. A sizzling dish full of flavour and oh so tender duck. A generous portion too. My wife's had a king prawn curry dish which was super tasty too. Fab egg fried rice and noodles. The restaurant was busy which tells it's own tale. Highly recommended”

  “Had a meal here with my son and partner..got to comment on the yellow curry..my son asked for extra chilli and a waitress came to us after the order to say that the chef thought extra chilli would maybe n6it be wise for this and said we could have it or maybe have the extra chillies separate so he could add them if he wanted..I actually thought a lot of them saying this and appreciated them asking. Top notch service. The food was amazing and I will definitely be back. Thanks for a good evening and a fabulous meal.”

  “This is a great restaurant,after seeing a few photos on social media I knew I needed to try this place for my birthday dinner. Food was even better than it looks so fresh and packed full of flavour. Very nice cocktails. Staff so helpful and welcoming.Be warned tho portions are large”

  “I want to highlight that the service was lovely — the waitress was attentive and friendly which was welcoming as a solo traveller. However I found the food to be somewhat lacklustre for the price, though I’ll note that the table sat beside me had some dishes that smelled excellent. The food portions were generous, I just wished the flavours had been a little more prevalent and the chicken not so overcooked.”

  “Lovely food, generous portions, extremely friendly and attentive staff. Food was served quickly after ordering, fresh and full of flavour, we ordered a few dishes to get a wider sample and staff boxed up what we hadn’t finished for us to enjoy later. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu, offering advice and offering to have dishes cooked to your spice preference. This was our 2nd visit and we will be back again for sure!”

  “Lovely Thai Restaurant in an ideal location with excellent food. We ordered… tom yum soup, veggie spring rolls, veggie stir fry in oyster sauce, and sizzling chicken. Every dish was cooked to perfection, this chef knows how to do oyster sauce well which is important. Staff were lovely, service prompt. Highly recommend.”

  “Had the chance of a lovely takeaway here. My wife loved the food so much so cleared every bite. They tend not to do takeaway and had to ask the chef but they managed to fit us in. Parking isn’t great but if you time it well you can dive in and out.”
