  “Absolutely amazing food and service tonight! ❤️ My husband, our three children (including one grown-up!) and I drove down from Bodmin this evening, and it was so worth the trip. The food was absolutely beautiful, with plenty of choice, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Such a lovely atmosphere, fantastic service, delicious food and brilliant value for money. Thank you for making us feel so welcome — we had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

  “Basically an all you can eat Chinese buffet . Its quiet a way out of penzance so definitely a car journey. Nice proprietors, who will tender to your needs. A good choice of items on the menu. Price i though was reasonable at £18 considering it is a help yourself buffet. Surroundings are ok outside garden needs some work to appeal to some. First impressions count although to me its food that counts and there was no issues for me.”

  “Unfortunately despite first impressions online, not the best experience. Greeted by rowdy locals sat drinking at the bar. Besides workmen passing this seemed to be a quiet Thursday night. I’m not a big fan of people fingering my food before I eat it so maybe if I’d known it was a hot plate buffet I’d have stayed away. Food had been sat there for longer than I’m sure it is meant to. Chicken looked limper than the day it’d been hacked up. Limited choice but offered to cook more. Cheap and affordable which is the price point. Staff friendly but decor is out of date / neglected. Rice and noodles lukewarm, and not a great deal of choice overall. Desserts had more choice than starters and mains and were as someone else described “Iceland” cheesecakes and shop-bought buns. If you live locally and this is your only thing you’ll come but when you come from up North and have 3x cooked fresh to order buffet places it does drive a hard comparison. Overall my fortune cookie was quite ironic, think I might need to ask later judging by the chicken”

  “I took the family for all you can eat Sunday lunch, and wow what a change. Now under new management, and you can tell. The food selection was so much better than before, with a great choice of starters, mains and desserts. Before it felt like you were selecting food from the buffet that they couldn't sell, but not now, a genuinely lovely selection which was also fantastically cooked. The staff were brilliant and have clearly very worked hard to dramatically improve the cleanliness. We all left very happy and full, including out little baby girl who also loved it, May and the lovely staff.”

  “Visited whilst down from Southampton on holiday. All the staff were so kind and accommodating for our 19 month old baby. Even making a separate rice for an allergy. Cannot fault the service at all, food restocked regularly and kept warm! Buffet selection is what you expect from Chinese buffet. All your classics, cooked very well! No complaints what so ever. Highly recommend the chicken wings which were a personal highlight! All the areas kept extremely clean as well! Thank you for a great meal :)”

  “We visited for Sunday Buffet. This isn't the biggest buffet but it's right up there with the best that we've been to if not the best. With an excellent selection of dishes, the starters & mains were delicious, hot & fresh, there was also a fantastic range of lovely desserts & proper ice cream, not the usual watery stuff often found elsewhere. The staff are nice, friendly & efficient. Furthermore, the premises throughout are clean & spotless. It was definately worth our effort driving 40mins for. We will be back. Highly recommended”

  “Lovely store that just seems to be neglected by the exterior with worn out signs and a few to good amount of food selection, just shame it seems to be supermarket food for majority of deserts and all ice cream was definitely from Tesco. Couple staff on their phones but the store wasn’t as busy so not a problem, as they were lovely to get the empty plates out soon as possible but conveniently.”

  “The delicious sumptuous buffet all tasted good. All served hot and fresh from the kitchen, from main to dessert all were tasty. Worth for 18.95/person for eat all you can, pay extra for drinks. Compliments to the chef 🫡”
