“Not happy by the member off staff who told us we 15 mins to drink up or move to another table. Even though there was no reservation noted on tables. It was not just us but whole area few other customers not happy .and she was very abrupt .also when we did move we felt uncomfortable later as she was slamming chairs across the log burner 28 of march 16.00pm”

“Got here at about 9 pm with my mate. I hadn’t drunk anything all day, and my family are bouncers by trade. I sat for about 5 minutes. The security who had just ID’d me said, “The owner thinks you look dodgy.” Then, two minutes later, the gaffer came over and told me I’d had too much and that me and my mate had to leave. I have ADHD, autism, and CPTSD. I was sitting minding my own business while being given an order based on pretences I know not to be accurate Since I’m a licensed door supervisor myself. I raise my voice, but I don’t apologise for that. Whenever I leave to go anywhere, I’m discriminated against by people who want to have an issue with someone just to look like they’re actually doing something. It’s shallow and petty. He said he didn’t need my money. The word “my” was a figure of speech, just like “the customer is always right.” You might not need my money, but you need the customers’ money. People are suffering in 2026, and if they can afford to go out once in a while, they don’t deserve to be treated with contempt.”
