“All the empty tables are filthy, I sat and had a brew and watched none of the staff use a cloth on the table. I even seen one of the staff using a glass to brush crumbs off the table. Tissues and other random.items all over the floor. If this is the hygiene you can see imagine what the kitchen looks like.”

“If I could have given zero I would have. Severe shortage of staff, waited 45 mins for food and had to leave to catch flight. No fish available anyway and had to order something else. Tables filthy and uncleared. So few waiting staff that the food was lying on the kitchen counter and not being delivered to the table. Inedible food was being taken back to the bar & kitchen with complaints. Had to make do with an Easyjet sandwich which wasn't any better!”
