  “Ordered from here and waited 1 hour for food, when we got it, it was the wrong order. Very disappointed and the food that we got wasn't great. Fired it in the bin. Definitely will not be back.”

  “Wrong order given. Rang to tell them. Told to make the 15 mile journey back don’t think so. Rude staff manager didn’t speak English. Food that we did get not great. So will never be back”

  “We always go here but last night (Sunday) we thought we would pick something different from the menu I got what was supposed to be chicken maryland I've never seen or tasted anything as bad the chicken was cut in 2 battered the batter was thicker than the chicken it was disgusting greasy to the bin my husbands was worse it was swimming in gravy we had to spoon the gravy out of the dish b4 we could lift it it was suppose to be liver but it tasted like cheap kebab meat even the dog wouldn't eat it £15 odds total waste of money NEVER AGAIN”

  “JOKE .... Could not eat our takeaway tonight as the chef must have dropped the whole salt pot in our food. Phoned to let star kitchen know .... and response was its your personal taste. No apologies, refund or would you like something else!!! Great service 👏 ...NOT”

  “Had to wait 20 minutes after time that order was supposed to be ready. When collected beef chow mein was so fatty that it couldn't be consumed. I rang to complain and was told that's just how our beef is and told I wouldn't be getting a refund. Won't be back such poor customer service and food absolutely disgusting 🤢”

  “I Absolutely Loved The Food But The Customer Service Was just not it I kept on hearing some guy shout Victory from the back and then when I was finally able to order my food I was told it would be a 30 minute wait which I was quite pleased about but that 30 minutes then turned to 33 minutes before I actually got my food but when I did I was delighted those chicken balls where so tender and just the right size definitely recommend for any one in need of a good filling meal huge shout out to all the workers #loved it #sigma”

  “Lovely food, hence 2 stars but service absolutely atrocious. Ordered food at 6pm and only got it at 7.05 pm because I asked for my money back . 2 people in front of me got their money back. And the girl on the desk very cheeky.”

  “Just shared Crispy Duck with Pancakes and a dish of Duck with Ginger and Onions . Delicious !!! Ok , so the wait is about 1/2 an hour from phone order to collection …. but it’s got a comfortable waiting area and the meals were delicious . The meals are cooked fresh from scratch ….. There’s lots of parking spaces and easy access from the main routes . The menu is quite large and varied too. Thank you Star Kitchen, well worth the price and wait . We’re going to be using this Take-Away restaurant …… a lot !!,!”

  “Nicest and tastiest curries in Omagh. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their chips are also chippy chips which is a huge bonus. Prices are reasonable and staff friendly. Only downside is they only take cash and the waiting time is slightly longer than most, but it's worth it!”
