Customer Review Summary
Kebabs come up most as the draw, with reviewers praising huge kebabs, calling them among the best in Oldham, and pairing them with fantastic burger meals and chips that are always piping. Generous portions for regulars are a recurring point, and individual diners single out a lamb korma where the lamb melts, prawn cocktail, and a chicken bhuna with garlic bread that was spot on. Curries split opinion sharply. Critics describe jalfrezi and bhuna with barely any chicken, watery and fatty sauces, and food that was stale and reheated. One reviewer reports frozen chicken pieces under a layer of oil. Another says the lamb chops did not taste like lamb and that the overpowering seasoning gave them belly ache. One diner received a refund through the delivery app over the missing chicken. Shop service is described as quick and unhurried, though one reviewer waited almost 30 minutes on a busy evening while a broken kebab cutter was fixed.

“Got a chicken bhuna with chips and a 9" garlick bread at 7pm last night ,the food was absolutly spot on. It was very busy at the time with the phone ringing all the time and 4 people in the shop plus the kebab cutter had broken and the guy spent 5 minutes fixing it so it took almost 30 minutes before i got my food, hence the 3 stars for service. Cant imagine it would take that long most of the time. I Would deffinatly go again.”

“Guys, ive just discovered this Indian 4 weeks back. I see people complaining how its horrible. Are you lot insane. I hate curry with a passion, and this is the only curry ive found is gorgeous and I can eat. Their loyal if you keep going there. The make portions much bigger. First place ive had lamb korma and the lamb melts on my tounge. Prawn cocktail are gorgeous and they do not scrimp and save on the prawns. Im disappointed with these reviews. Yous must be lying. Its the nice Indian and the cheapest Indian in oldham. And most takeaways round here are disgusting. These guys are the best and no they've not asked me to write this. Its just fact. And all you bad reviews must just be complaining Karen's. And barries. Thankyou paradise x”

“I would describe in one word (DISGUSTING) The curry dishes I ordered was jalfrezi chicken and bhuna chicken!!! Guess the chef that cooked the dishes was out of chicken so he thought he take out the jalfrezi and make it even rather putting more chicken that was exactly happened I can taste the flavour and this is cheeky people Pay for there food they should get whatever the potion Is if u can’t afford and chicken then take it out ur menu simply as that !!! There no need to be stingy “ I WILL MAKE A SERIOUSLY COMPLAIN REGRADING THIS WILL SPEAK TO Food Standards Agency guys I recommend people To watch out and be aware of this issue please !! I will not me ordering form this restaurant again!! Awful this had put me off my food !! And I got refund £6:40 from just eat tmrw I will be speaking to them too myself !!”
