Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often return to the garlic beef pho, praising its huge portion, flavourful and garlicky broth and tender beef, and several say the bowls leave them full. Close behind is the lemon and lime juice, called sweet, fresh and refreshing. Others single out the bun rieu, banh xeo and che after the menu expansion, plus a shared starter one diner calls the best in years. Service is described as friendly, quick and polite, and a few mention the casual, chill atmosphere, with one finding the music a little loud. Prices are called reasonable. The criticisms are small but specific. One diner found the food alright but not wow-inspiring, and their partner found a hair in a dish, which staff were not told about. The same reviewer says a waste trolley and clutter beside the accessible toilet, along with the tight layout, would make independent wheelchair use difficult. Another reviewer arrived without a booking and was seated promptly, while one suggests booking in advance since the restaurant recently opened.

“Always saw this place while passing by and finally decided to try it and cant believe i didn’t try it sooner. The food is way better than other chain pho restaurants and would recommend this place. There was plenty of broth and toppings which kept us full for the while day. The atmosphere is pretty chill too and the service is good.”

“The garlic beef pho is fantastic and arrived almost instantly when I visited on a weekday evening. The portion is huge, the broth is so flavourful and garlicky and the beef is super tender. The lemon lime juice is sweet and fresh - highly recommend! The staff were lovely and the vibe is casual and friendly.”

“The food was alright. I liked it but wasn't wow'ed by it. My partner found a hair in her food but this wasn't advised to staff. I would consider coming to the restaurant again. The drink didn't look like the photo on the menu but it did taste good. Kian (maybe misspelt? Could be Keen??) - was our server and he was absolutely brilliant on all accounts. Super hospitable and friendly. Used very polite language. Accessibility: At the restaurant there's some sort of waste trolley and clutter next to the accessible toilet which would mean it wouldn't be very accessible if someone with a wheelchair needed to use the toilet independently. Plus the layout of the store would make it hard for a person with a mobility aid to get to the toilet safely and independently without tables being moved.”

“This is a great restaurant if you want to try some authentic Pho even though it is a small restaurant the portion sizes are MIGHTY and delicious. I can see why this is a local favourite for sure and I will be returning. All of the staff are lovely and quick with the service they provide. Food arrives fresh and flavoursome straight from the kitchen. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes at a solid price with a medium range of drink options too. I’d highly recommend their garlic beef spicy pho (this isn’t the actual name but I know it’s something along the lines of this lol) and it is very very filling so ensure you come with a prepared stomach haha.”
