  “We were literally seated straight away. Our server Neema was excellent, very polite and friendly. Checked in on us numerous times to make sure everything was ok. She pointed out the best deal for us too, which is always great. There were plenty of vegetarian pizzas available on the buffet which is always good, and they were hot. Neema'a customer service is a credit to Pizza hut, thank you Neema 😊”

  “Had a brilliant family visit to Pizza Hut. The service was genuinely great from start to finish. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome straight away. Neema in particular stood out — she took the time to clearly explain the menu, prices, and deals, which made choosing our food really easy. The food arrived quickly, piping hot, and tasted fantastic. Portions were generous, everything was fresh, and the quality was spot‑on. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience with excellent service and tasty food.”

  “I was serviced by Dors and Andy! They were both very lovely and kind! It was my first time at a Pizza Hut buffet and the service I received was amazing! Dors was really helpful with student discount and what pizzas they were offering and the different price ranges. The food was really yummy and they refilled the stations really fast so you won’t miss out! Overall the experience was lovely and I would recommend everyone to try this place out.”

  “We had a wonderful visit to Pizza Hut to celebrate our grandson’s birthday! The service was very friendly, and we were looked after by the lovely Neema, who made our visit extra special. The food was delicious, with everything cooked beautifully. It was also fantastic to have a gluten-free pizza option, which was much appreciated. A lovely experience all round.   “Doreen looked after us when we chose the buffet deal. She was attentive, friendly, ensuring we had everything we need and letting us know when more veggie pizzas were added to the buffet. Kids really enjoyed the experience with dessert included. We keep going back again and again 😊”

  “I had the lunch buffet today and had a great experience. Jemima and Neema were both incredibly friendly and attentive. They noticed that I was waiting around the buffet a few times and came over to ask if I was waiting for anything. They then kindly brought out the pizza I was hoping for. Excellent service and a very welcoming atmosphere. Thank you both!”

Recall how nice and helpful James the manager took us all round to have all the kids wanted and Jasmine was all over helping to getting us comfortable with the meal selections and orders.   “Received a friendly welcome as soon as we walked in and seated quickly by a cheerful lady called Doreen who couldn’t do enough for us despite being very busy. We haven’t had such good service in a long time at a restaurant. Food great. Love that the buffet is still on offer and the DIY ice cream station! Our Son really enjoyed it for his 8th Birthday.”

  “We visited on May 11th for the lunch buffet and it was a great experience! We were seated quickly by a staff member who was very friendly and also took the time to help when I was unsure how to use an e-gift card. We were looked after by Dors who made time to check that everyone seated was ok (and even came over to tell me when there was a new ham and mushroom pizza being put out!). The food was delicious, the place was very clean, there was ample parking, and payment was nice and easy. Overall this was probably the best pizza hut meal and experience we've had and we will definitely be returning!”

  “Seated in seconds. Manager helped us with order. Found the best combination deal for us. Salad was nice with a buffet full of options. Pizza arrived quickly, cooked just right. Staff pleasant and helpful. Tables clean. Good family atmosphere vibes. Great price and easy parking. 🤩”
