Customer Review Summary
Cocktails are the most frequent draw, called sensational, lovely and legitimate, enjoyed as fancy drinks at night or a quick one after work. Close behind is the staff, described as friendly and attentive, with one server singled out as knowledgeable. Food earns its own praise: tapas style plates, chicken and flatbread for a light late lunch, and a tiramisu one reviewer calls the best they have had, eaten at the bar while the chef talked through the menu. The wine merchant also comes up, with one group paired with a white and two reds after explaining what they wanted, and a regular who picks up a bottle from the shop for the weekend. Reviewers also like the outside tables, which one says are rare in the city centre, along with the music and chilled vibe. One visitor sat in the sun with wine while a member of staff topped up their ice the whole time.

“We somehow managed to accidentally book food for Saturday so we were the only people eating! It was an absolute joy, we sat at the bar with Chef Lewis talking us through the menu as he prepared it. A clear strong passion for food backed up by beautiful flavours. The menu is stacked with strong options and I look forward to seeing how this place develops further into the future. The tiramisu was the best I’d ever had. A must try.”

“We had just finished visiting the Norwich Cathedral and looking for a light late lunch and this restaurant/bar was only 2 minutes walk alway. The room is quite large so no problem getting in. The service was friendly and attentive We both had cocktails and shared chicken and flatbread. Just exactly what we were looking for!”
