“The food, service and atmosphere at the Cafe on the Green in Widdecombe are all top notch. There are two car parks close by with plenty of spaces. There’s loads of seating inside and out the cafe and we can’t wait to return! The dark chocolate orange cinnamon bun was delicious. The staff here are very warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!”

“popped in on the 5/7/26 i have nothing but praise to say about this establishment the location oh my god it’s pure heaven lol , it’s not nice it’s amazing . the cafe itself? lovely the interior is clean tidy etc . the toilets are spot on . the staff where all friendly polite up for a laugh . and yes the important part the food and drink was spot on . it’s seriously a cracking place to stop . it has everything . if your in the area call in you would be a fool not too .”

“Such a fabulous place! We called in for lunch on a rare mid-week day off, and the cafe was busy, but outside tables were still available. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks and our food soon followed. Super friendly team and wonderfully dog friendly!”

“Lovely cafe. Have had breakfast here twice. Vegetarian options are great, I also like their bacon it seems nice quality. Sweetcorn fritters were also tasty. One bit of feedback is we didn’t love the Apple & Pineapple smoothie, the coconut milk and lemongrass made it taste and look a bit like a Thai green curry 😅…”
