  “they force to customer you have to order atlist £12pp and one more ridiculous thing you have to order in one go whatever you want to eat . You can’t order in between your meal if you want to have something else, if you serve indian cusine atlist you should hire some indians to taste it first..”

  “It's more of 0/5 experience, for my family as the service was zero the food was zero. We paid around £74.81 I guess but the food was not up to its price. The policy for £12 each persons order is absolutely BS.”

  “Terrible experience with both the food and service. We specifically asked the waiter Jitu, if the food could be prepared in a proper Indian style and not sweet, but he responded rudely and sarcastically. He continued to mock us throughout taking the order, not paying any attention to our demands and needs. Unfortunately, the food was indeed on the sweeter side, especially the butter chicken. When we mentioned this, his response was again dismissive and unpleasant. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend this place for Indian cuisine.”

  “Had a really lovely experience at Maharaja in Newquay. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour, and the service was excellent. A special mention to Jitu, who was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Great food, great atmosphere, and genuinely lovely staff. I’d definitely recommend Maharaja to anyone looking for a good Indian restaurant in Newquay”

  “Food was good too good , but the main waiter(Gujarati) was extremely rude and arrogant , I’m so disappointed with him . He made me wait around 30 minutes despite empty tables being available. Very poor attitude and service.”

  “Awful curry house! Rude! Moving tables when they have already ordered as they wanted to get a bigger table sitting in their spot. Ran out of food. Told to go to the local shop if they want it that bad! Manager shouting at customers.”

  “Awful customer service. Manager argued with customer and very rude. Left waiting for over 30 mins for a table booked. Asked customers to move tables once they were seated and ready to order so that a table of 5 could seat round a table for 2. Will not go again!”
