Customer Review Summary
Celebrations are what reviewers describe most, with servers who made birthdays and graduations feel special through a sparkler on a birthday dessert, a specially decorated pudding, and a cake brought over with singing. Close behind is the food, where diners name the coconut chicken and the chilli prawn linguine, along with small plates, a sandwich, and large pizzas on a Wednesday two for one deal. Several call the setting relaxed and busy without feeling crowded, and one praises the cocktails and the wine. Service is described as friendly and attentive, and a few say they plan to return as regulars. The main criticism comes from one reviewer who found the carbonara watery and lacking flavour, wanted a thicker, cheesier sauce, and was never offered parmesan at the table. The same reviewer called the kids' mac and cheese alright, though their daughter left it unfinished. One reviewer also notes that prices are not the cheapest but match the quality, and a family returning for a Fathers Day lunch describes it as another excellent visit.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Maja was an absolutely wonderful waitress! We were celebrating Oliver’s birthday, and she helped make the occasion feel really special. 🎂🎉 She was friendly, warm, professional and very attentive throughout our visit. The birthday dessert with the sparkler was a fantastic touch and put a big smile on Oliver’s face! 😊✨ Excellent service from start to finish. Maja’s positive attitude and lovely personality made Oliver’s birthday celebration even more memorable. Thank you so much, Maja — you’re a real credit to the team! We’ll definitely be happy to come back. ❤️”

“This place has great reviews for a reason. Its fine dining but in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. It was visibly busy when we went in earlier (which is just a random Sunday night) but you don't feel pushed up against other tables. The food was delicious, well presented and sensibly portioned. I think there's probably something on the menu for eberyone. The service was really good and you didn't feel rushed. They also do really good cocktails. Not the cheapest place you'll find, but you get what you pay for and we felt that the prices matched the quality. 5 stars.”
