About Parivaar
Parivaar is an Indian restaurant on Grosvenor St in Mold, run by a family and serving Indian fusion cooking. Most of the dishes come from the family's own dinners, and the menu lists six, including Roshun Chilli Chicken. Starters are poppadoms with chutneys, and bhajis. Guests bring their own drink, alcoholic or not, so the table chooses its own pairing, and the restaurant charges a corkage fee. Payment is cash only, and reservations are required. The chef-owner comes out to greet tables.

Customer Review Summary
Most reviewers come back for the curries, with several calling them the best they have had, and the Roshun chilli chicken singled out by one self-described heavy curry eater. Close behind are the Lamb Fenugreek Masala and Chicken Tikka Dhansak, described as flavoursome and generous enough to share, and the Indian chips, which two diners say they would return for. Poppadoms, chutneys and bhajis also get a mention. The family-run feel draws repeated praise, with the chef visiting tables and staff called lovely and accommodating, including toward a son with a disability. Reviewers also like the bring your own drink policy. The main trade-off is demand. The small room is very busy, one party waited a long time for food, another arrived unbooked and found it full, and several suggest booking first. One diner says the chef went out to buy ingredients when a starter was unavailable, and another, celebrating a birthday, had a team member run to a nearby dessert shop to bring back a cake.

“As a 29 year old pakistani who loves his mum's cooking, me saying that this food may even be better than her cooking is the best compliment I can possibly give. The atmosphere, decor, ambience, service and anything else you want to consider just exponentially enhances your experience. Within the first 5 minutes of walking through the door, it'll quickly dawn on you that you didn't just come here for a meal, you came here for an evening well spent.”

“I honestly cannot describe how special this experience was. This beautiful family-run restaurant truly lives up to its name (Parivaar) they treat every guest like family, and you can feel it from the moment you walk in. The father, who is the chef and owner, is an absolute genius in the kitchen. He personally came to each table, checked on everyone, and made sure every dish was perfect. You can truly feel the passion and love he puts into his food. The daughters serving us were incredibly kind, warm, and friendly. Even though we waited almost an hour, it never felt frustrating because the hospitality was so genuine and royal. Every single lady served with the biggest smiles and such warmth that it felt like being welcomed into someone’s home. Huma & Hina were so helpful and welcoming throughout the entire evening. What touched me the most was that it was my birthday, and my husband casually asked if they had any dessert. They didn’t even have desserts on the menu, but one of the lovely ladies actually ran to a nearby dessert shop just to bring me a cake and celebrate my day. That gesture made me feel so emotional and blessed. I have never felt so special by people I had only just met for the first time. This was not just dinner , it became one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Thank you for making my birthday so beautiful and unforgettable. We will carry this memory in our hearts forever.”

“Turned up on spec and they were fully booked, however just as we were placing a takeaway order, someone phoned to cancel, so we managed to take that table! Hint: book a table! The other thing to bear in mind is that they don't take card, so bring along some cash. Great food - probably the best curry that I have tasted, and I've had a few! Lovely family owned and run business that is a credit to the owner!”
