“When visiting, ordering was very quick and my order was done before the 15 minutes mentioned, I have been in maybe 3 times now and they have recognised me and tried to remember my name which shows they care about customers, they are an amazing team and all show wonderful smiles 😃”

“Terrible pizza, hardly any toppings, too much tomato puree, cut terribly - worst pizza we have ever had. Garlic bread and cookies were good.”

“Terrible pizza and luke warm. Ordered additional toppings which there were hardly on the pizza. Toppings started so far from the edge that they were comical. Then when I called, they just confirmed what we ordered and that he remembered cutting it. They should have rejected it and cooked another rather than deliver it.”

“We ordered from Domino's and an hour and a half later, the app told us the order had been delivered- but it hadn't. Tried to call them continuously and there was no answer. 20 minutes later the driver knocked on the door with ice cold food. We refused the food and asked for a refund, he told us he had been trying to call them and they weren't answering the phone to him either. Had to drive to Domino's and go in to be told they were really busy. My partner said to them "completely understand you are busy but you need to answer the phone to your customers to let them know what is going on" and the young lady behind the counter responded with "that would make the orders take even longer..." We have to wait a few days for the refund. Won't be ordering again.”

“Ordered at 19:36 14/11/25 and was told 60 minutes wait. 20:20 notified it’s out for delivery. 20:55 still nothing. App said delivered, so rang the shop. 8 attempts later, at 21:14, spoke to Madhu, who was rude and just kept saying “next time you order I give you free large pizza”. Had to keep pressing to find out about my order, and he said “it’ll be 10… no 20 minutes” then abruptly hung up. 21:45 still nothing, call back, Madhu is laughing as he answers, reexplain situation, and he says “it’s busy, what do you expect?” which I replied to by suggesting they prioritise earlier orders that they’ve mucked up over later orders. 2 free pizzas offered now, but in no official capacity. Press again for info on current order, Madhu ‘calls the driver’ and 15 seconds later is back saying “he is 3 minutes away”. 21:55 pizza arrives, and was fine. Appalling customer service. Anyway, today, Domino’s asked for feedback. Go through entire process, write my experience out, just for them to say ‘needs to be 1200 characters or less’ but no character counter or information on that prior to writing it. Anyway, feed my review into chatGPT to shorten it, and move on to the next stage, they want info from the box. Dig the box out of the bin, and lo and behold, no frigging label. No matter, the Domino’s feedback system has crashed, anyway. Never again. Useless at every level.”
