Customer Review Summary
Reviewers split sharply. Several praise the pizza itself, kind and quick staff, and polite delivery drivers, with one saying quality held after the change of owners. Two describe bad experiences: a delivery that arrived cold with the wrong crust and fatty meat with hairs on it, and one reviewer who reports finding a piece of sharp metal in an overcooked pizza.

“We ordered for the first time at this place and our pizzas weren’t cooked properly and you could taste the dough… We gave this place a second chance and things got even worse. Both pizzas arrived overcooked (nearly all ingredients on top were burnt). But that wasn’t it! The worst part is when we found a piece of sharp metal inside the pizza while I was chewing. For your safety, I don’t recommend this place!”

“I've seen the one star reviews on here. Personally, I've had no negative experiences with Pizza Time. Their pizza's are the best I've tried so far, so have returned as a customer after trying others. Customer service is great. Kind and polite staff. Delivery drivers are also kind and polite. I'll gladly remain a customer of Pizza Time.”
