Customer Review Summary
Pizza draws the most praise, with reviewers repeatedly singling out dishes like the Quattro Stagioni with extra chorizo and the bruschetta as standouts, calling the flavours fresh and authentic. The cheesecake dessert also gets specific mention as a highlight, alongside cocktails some describe as delicious. Service is generally called attentive and friendly, though this isn't universal: one detailed account describes stingy portions, a nearly bare bolognese, a shockingly small slice of fudge cake, and being ignored for drink refills over a two hour meal, with the reviewer noting they'd had to ask staff to add missing ingredients on three separate visits. Pricing draws recurring pushback too, with several diners flagging overpriced wine and one noting a total near £33 per head as steep for what was served. Despite this, multiple reviewers say they've returned repeatedly for the pizza, and one recounts a waitress simply laughing off a complaint about that evening's stingy portions rather than addressing it.

“Popped in for a quick coffee and a snack. Coffee was outstanding really nice food lovely little atmosphere in there absolutely buzzing little place. Would definitely come back here again for a coffee when I come back to Market Harborough . Always try to look for small independent cafes if I can, and this one did not disappoint.”

“Without any doubt this is by far the best pizza restaurant in Market Harborough and even better than many restaurants in the neighbouring towns. I had the Quattro Stagioni pizza with extra chorizo and it was absolutely superb. The combination of flavours was perfect, from the rich Napoli sauce and melted cheese to the olives, salami and the extra chorizo, which gave the pizza an even more special and delicious taste. Everything was cooked perfectly and the ingredients tasted fresh and authentic. A special mention to Lisa, who as always provided excellent customer service. She was very attentive, gave great advice when ordering, and kept checking that everything was exactly as I wanted. Service like that really makes a difference and adds to the whole dining experience. I can honestly recommend this restaurant 100%. If you are looking for proper Italian pizza in Market Harborough, this is definitely the place to go.”

“I went here mid week with a friend. I have had the pizzas as takeaway before (always good) but never sat in. It was nice to see it busy on mid week which says something. The staff were polite, and quick with orders/ getting food to us. …”

“I have been here a few times now. The food taste isn't bad tbf, but honestly the portion sizes, or lack of any sauces (bolognese) & basically an empty pizza tonight is embarrassing. I have had to ask for them to put ingredients on the food the last 3 times visiting now. It's always good after that, but guys sort it out! 50p of ingredients for a bolognese & charging over £12-14 is disgusting. Once you amend it's good. Little note... That is the amount of sauce/ingredients that should be on the dish in the 1st place. There's Mark up & then there's ripping people off. The slices of cake tonight was shockingly small, even from previous visits, bar the massive slice of tiramisu the other adult ordered. I liked your restaurant, but it feels like you think you're doing me a favor letting me eat there. I'm paying for this. You also set the prices which I am not complaining about paying, even thought it's a bit overpriced. We were basically ignored tonight (the younger ones are normally very good tbf to them the last few times I've been. I didn't have them tonight). I had to go up & ask for more drinks & there were 5 tables of around 4 or less people (including ours), only 3 tables when we arrived. so not busy! 2 hours for a bruschetta, a pizza & fudge cake. Booked for half 6 so I can get my 8yo home in time for bed. We left at 8.35pm. After paying, the waitress asked if everything was ok & I said the portions were extremely stingy tonight. She just laughed & said I'll let them know. Sums up the attitude over the evening. Embarrassing! £85 for the pleasure. 2 adults 1 child, 3 soft drinks. I won't bother going back. Hopefully cosa nostra take some feedback here, but I think 4 times is giving a restaurant a proper chance. The 1st experience was great, hence returning hoping for that same experience. Maybe the 1st was a lucky night. Shame. Add some music for atmosphere also. Basics of dining. Also care more.”
