A refreshing, sessionable, hazy pale ale to be shared, which shows our love for hops & the pursuit of pale perfection. With a simple malt base & hopped generously with Mosaic, Centennial & Citra it bursts forth with resinous notes of sticky mandarin and grapefruit. It finishes crisp & clean with a soft, pithy bitterness.

Blonde 4.8% ABV Track Brewing Company Manchester, Greater Manchester Rated 3.75 out of 5 on Untappd Our fourth annual release of our award-winning Golden Ale, brewed for Harvest, our fresh hop beer celebration. This year, we've used fresh hop Fuggles, Prima Donna, Centennial and Cascade, hand picked and donated by the budding horticulturalists at Manchester Hop Project. The result is crisp with a bready malt character that gives way to an assertive and long bitterness. We get fresh bread, biscuit crumb with a delicate citrus zip, a real ode to the traditional ales that we were reared on.

Brown Ale - American 5.8% ABV Track Brewing Company Manchester, Greater Manchester Ed and Olly from UK craft pioneers Oakham Ales visited to brew a malty, toasty, bittersweet Brown Ale, using fresh Prima Donna grown by the Manchester Hop Project. Chocolate and cinder toffee notes from the malt are met with marmalade, magnolia and delicate spice.

Galaxy, Citra and Simcoe form the trifecta of flavour here, offering underripe mango and pineapple with clean herbal notes of sweet basil and papaya on the finish.

IPA - New England 6.5% ABV Track Brewing Company Manchester, Greater Manchester Rated 4.25 out of 5 on Untappd We've brewed this IPA to showcase our hand selected 2026 crop Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle Hops. Grown at 41°17'31.5"S 173°00'31.8"E, in the clay rich loam of the field that runs alongside Sunset Valley Road, it was harvested at the end of March after a growing season filled with 1087 hours of sunshine. It sings with sweet tropical, pink grapefruit and dank herbal aromatics.

IPA - New England 6.5% ABV Track Brewing Company Manchester, Greater Manchester We have been lucky to again be selected as part of a select group of breweries to take part in Eggers Hops' Terranean Project, an international collaborative celebration of unique lots harvested in unique conditions. This year we have brewed an IPA using their New Moon Harvest hops, a micro-lot of Nelson Sauvin grown in Eggers' Olive Garden and picked under the invisible new moon. The hops have imparted bright grapefruit leading into layered tropical fruit, with a fresh green character and dank, resinous edges underneath.

IPA - New England 7% ABV Track Brewing Company Manchester, Greater Manchester Rated 4.25 out of 5 on Untappd CULTIVATE continues its path, heading further down Te Waipounamu to Southland, New Zealand's southernmost region, where we find Garston Hops, the world's southernmost hop farm. Garston-grown Motueka hops are dominated by lime, sweet orange and tropical fruit salad notes, complimented by a subtle white flower aroma. They strike a pleasing balance between sweetness and herbal undertones, with hints of grassy and light, earthy elements. We've brewed an IPA doubled dry-hopped exclusively with Garston Motueka to showcase its deep, rich and intense expression. Heavy on oats and wheat, low on bitterness and fermented with our house hazy strain, it coats your palate with Aotearoa vibrancy and leaves a smooth, luxurious mouthfeel.

IPA - American 7.2% ABV Track Brewing Company Manchester, Greater Manchester Rated 4.0 out of 5 on Untappd This modern West Coast style IPA was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Yakima Chief Hops for BrauBeviale 2026, the latest instalment of Europe's leading beverage industry trade fair. Showcasing their newly named TerraSurge™ and experimental hop HBC1183, they bring clean, smooth bitterness alongside expressive tropical, citrus and stone fruit character.

IPA - Imperial 8% ABV Track Brewing Company Manchester, Greater Manchester Rated 4.25 out of 5 on Untappd A dynamic and supremely expressive DIPA teaming Citra with Peacharine, Nelson Sauvin and Fresh Cold Pressed Nelson. Pink Grapefruit, fresh nectarine and lime mellow into mango, guava and ripe peach, leading to sharp, bright grape and gooseberry tang, with a dank herbal finish.

IPA - Imperial 8.4% ABV Track Brewing Company Manchester, Greater Manchester Rated 4.25 out of 5 on Untappd Let your tastebuds be transfixed by the captivating allure of this Gold Top DIPA. Citra, Rakau, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Limequat walk your palate through a beachside market filled with lemons, limes, mangoes and guava, before a stroll through an orchard, picking plums, figs, and cherries as you go. This assault on your senses is cushioned by the hallmark fleck of lactose.

Pilsner - New Zealand 5% ABV Track Brewing Company Manchester, Greater Manchester Matt visited Eggers Hops earlier this year and hand selected a lot of their beloved Riwaka crop. To champion it, we've brewed a soft, clean NZ Pilsner style beer, providing a blank canvas to showcase the variety's intense passionfruit and pink grapefruit notes, with diesel-like dankness and a whiff of smoky bacon on the nose.

Lager - Helles 5.2% ABV Track Brewing Company Manchester, Greater Manchester Rated 3.75 out of 5 on Untappd Our take on a classic Helles, unfiltered and unadulterated, brewed with German Pilsner Malt & supported with a light touch of American hops leading to a clean, crisp finish. Beautifully hopped in kettle & given 6 weeks of conditioning time this has all of the qualities we love in this style - a refreshing, slightly pithy citrus front end with clean, yeast-lead notes & a slight bitterness on the finish bringing eminent drinkability. A slightly higher finishing gravity than most boosts some of the citrus fruit character. In short this one's an absolute crusher.

Lager - Munich Dunkel 5.6% ABV Track Brewing Company Manchester, Greater Manchester Rated 3.75 out of 5 on Untappd Our annual Dunkel, made with our friends at Schilling Beer Co, a modern European-inspired brewery from Littleton, NH. They make some of the best lagers in the US and we were honoured to get to brew this beer with them again. Exceptionally drinkable with a cavernous depth of malt flavour; it pours a dark reddish black and hits first with crisp bread crust, before mutating into cacao nibs, cola bottle sweets and caramel syrup.

Sour - Fruited 4% ABV Track Brewing Company Manchester, Greater Manchester Rated 3.75 out of 5 on Untappd Big bellini vibes are popping in this fun, fruity and super refreshing Peach Sour. We've used Philly Sour yeast to drop the pH during fermentation, before adding 600 kilos of peach puree (and some lactose, lemon zest and vanilla for good measure) - ideal for summer sipping in the sun.
