About Little Olive's Play Cafe
Little Olive's Play Cafe is a children's cafe at 36 Belle Vue Terrace in Malvern, built around three play spaces. The woodland-themed soft play has slides, a rock wall and climbing areas, plus a separate baby area. In the role play village, children can move between stations including a vet, a shop or supermarket, and a construction area. The sensory room is low-lit, with a bubble tube and soft flooring. Adults are served too, with coffee and food for grown-ups and children in a large cafe area. Large tables seating 8 to 10 people suit groups, and the team hosts children's birthday parties with party food supplied. The cafe opens Monday to Saturday, daytime only, and is closed on Sundays.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often point to the role play village, with its vet, shop, construction area, and ice cream and coffee stations, alongside a sensory room with a bubble tube and a woodland soft play with a baby area. Close behind is the cleanliness, which one parent calls rare for soft play, and the coffee, described as very good. Food gets steady praise too, including hot cross bun cookies and a meal made specially around a child's allergy. Parents who held birthday parties describe an organised, helpful team and food that suited the children. A carer of a child with Autism found it quiet and content. The main caveat comes from one parent of a 4 year old, who found little for an older preschooler, a small soft play section, and a role play area that got messy quickly. Another reviewer notes the floor is a little cold, so they suggest bringing two pairs of socks for parents and children.

“Absolutely fantastic experience with my 11 month old! The play place is beautiful with a big soft play area, heaps of toys and areas for imaginatory and sensory play. Absolutely immaculately clean which is so rare for soft play places. The drinks and food are absolutely brilliant with great choices for little ones. And the people running it were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. We will be back very soon. Thank you!”

“Had our little girls 4th party at little olives play cafe and i must say from staft to finish Jess and her team smashed it, so attentive and very helpful making everything so at ease for us to relax. Freya had a great time with all her friends and the perfect place for a younger child's party. Thanks so much Jess and the team we thoroughly enjoyed our party with you! Food was beautifully presented and just the right amount for the amount of children we had. Thanks so much again and would highly recommend for any future childrens party's, great all in one party venue🥰”

“We recently visited Little Olive’s with our two daughters and had such a lovely experience. The play areas were very clean and well looked after, the service was friendly throughout, and the food we had was really nice too. What stood out most was that you can genuinely feel how much the owners care about their business, and that really reflects in the atmosphere of the café. It’s such a great place for families with young children, especially if you’re looking for a smaller soft play with role play areas that feels welcoming and relaxed rather than overwhelming. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to other parents visiting Malvern.”

“Little Olive's Play Cafe is an absolute gem and we loved it. My boys, aged 4 and 2, had such a great time and were completely engaged throughout. The pretend play setup is fantastic, with so many different stations including a vet, construction area, ice cream and coffee shop, and a supermarket, which keeps them entertained for ages. There is also a lovely sensory room, plus a separate play area with slides, a rock wall and spaces suitable for babies, so it really caters to all ages. The space itself is beautifully designed and feels very calm and welcoming. The coffee was genuinely really good, which is always a bonus, and there are plenty of large tables, easily seating 8 to 10 people, making it perfect for meeting friends or groups. Overall a fantastic business and one I would highly recommend. Only thing I would say is floor is a little cold so bring two pairs of socks for parents and kids!”
