Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the coffee, with one praising it served hot, alongside a ploughman's with pork pie, the carrot cake and a leek and potato soup. One mentions welsh rarebit and another limoncello cannoli. Service is called friendly, though one finds it slow at times and less warm depending on the server. One parent calls the babycino the best their son has had.

“This was my 1st visit to this cafe on a corner street location .Up 3 steps leads you through the door to a 8 table seating area which is all on one level along with a shop selling allsorts of goodies & provides a take away food & drink service aswel.Standing by the "Wait to be seated"sign i was quickly allocated the only free table as it was very busy with locals. The young staff on duty were very pleasant & provide table service for your orders .I was going to try the traditional breakfast but i changed my mind after spotting the welsh rarebit on the menu which does offer a good variety of food & drink options .It wasnt long before the drinks arrived then the food soon followed ,the welsh rarebit was very tasty indeed .Its a dog friendly premises which im not in favour of & there is just 1 toilet available to use.Cash or card payments are accepted & they do offer a loyality stamp card .This may have been 1st visit here but wont be my last !”

“The Patisserie feels cosy and welcoming and has the most beautifully decorated menus! We chose the ploughman's with an optional pork pie and it was superb. The best I have ever had (and I do enjoy a ploughman's!). It was very reasonably priced and large portions. Although I didn't partake, the fruit scone I spied on another table looked delicious! 😋 The coffee was great too ☕. Highly recommended. Dog friendly 🐾”
