Customer Review Summary
Singapore Noodles, including a vegetarian version described as fresh and zingy, are the dish reviewers raise most, with chilli ribs, salt and chilli ribs and honey ribs close behind. Several praise generous portions, a wide choice of specials and friendly service, and a few single out the woman who runs it as welcoming, including cooking dishes to order for allergies. One reviewer who ordered the happy box enjoyed it and the veg rolls, and a visitor from London found the food quick and good sized. Opinion splits sharply, though, and the negatives are specific. After a change of owners, one regular found the Beef in Green Peppers inedible, with leathery beef and a watery sauce. Others describe an order arriving with pork instead of salt and pepper chicken, sweet and sour chicken that tasted like sour milk, and noodles that tasted of old oil. One delivery reportedly arrived far later than quoted, with prawn toast lacking taste. Even critics liked the salt and pepper prawns and the friendly staff, and one reviewer says the ribs were what made the food very good.

“I’m sorry but since the new owners have taken over I have tried to support and been 4 times. Each time the food was at best average but last night my Beef in Green Peppers was inedible! Beef like leather, sloppy veg and watery sauce. I won’t be returning I’m afraid!”
