  “We had a really enjoyable visit to Richardson's Family Entertainment Centre! It wasn't particularly busy when we visited, which was lovely, especially with two young children. No waiting around, and plenty of space to enjoy ourselves. The soft play is an additional £4.50 per child, which is worth knowing beforehand. Unfortunately, my son did have a little accident in the soft play area, cutting the back of his head and causing some bleeding. However, I have to give credit to the staff, who were great in dealing with the situation. They were helpful and attentive, which was really appreciated. We also ordered some cheesy chips, which arrived lovely and hot, freshly prepared and really enjoyable. Can't comment on the rest of the menu, but no complaints about what we had! Overall, a good family experience despite the unexpected drama! The staff deserve praise for how they handled my son's accident, and we'd happily return.”

  “Good morning out with the kids. While staying on Lowestoft for the week, we had a grey drizzley morning to deal with. Decided to go to richardson's, and we were really pleasantly surprised! We used the soft play and had a little blast on the aracade and had a couple of drinks while there. Staff; very friendly, helpful and professional. Venue; very clean, modern and in a good state of repair. Price of everything was reasonable and the kids Had a great time. My only feedback would be that two or three of the arcade machines would work which was shame but that aside 10/10. Would recommend.”

  “We had an amazing time bowling with our 8 year old who absolutely loves bowling!! everything was well kept , took advantage of the August 3 for 2 offer whilst school holidays! Great value for money we will definitely recommend this to friends & family and try visit again in the near future! Well done richardsons 👌👌”
