Customer Review Summary
Reviewers who praise Four Star Pizza center on the pizza itself, with generous toppings and regular deals, while the selection of sides and the cookies come close behind. One parent says a party package arrived on time and piping hot, another had a wrong order put right by a staff member who went above and beyond, and one thanks the staff for a coke. The complaints are as detailed and recur more often. Several describe pizza arriving cold after long waits with no explanation. One received a personal pizza instead of a small, then a half cooked medium. Another found barely any toppings on one side and barbecue chicken wings burnt hard on the bottom. One reviewer says the manager was rude and offered only store credit when they asked for a refund. Two reviewers also allege that a worker has a past of misconduct toward women, though no other review mentions this. One customer finished the half cooked pizza in their own oven.

“Used to be ok but past two take away have been poor. Tonight both pizzas had virtually nothing on one side of them. The portion of barbecue chicken wings were so burnt on the bottom they were hard. Here I come Apache pizza.”
