  “Horrendous food, chicken was stale, chips were over cooked. The burger buns for the burger were hard. Never am I gong to order from here again. Food standards needs to be investigated because I am already feeling sick and I hardly consumed the food, a few bites made me look deeper into the chicken and it was pale and translucent. Had to dispose of it all”

  “June 26th 18:00. I came here because I was craving fried chicken. The hamburgers and non-fried chicken are just average. On the other hand the chips and fried chicken are perfect. Although the chicken is coated in a thick layer of batter, it isn't overly greasy and stays crispy. I recommend the coleslaw.”

  “⭐☆☆☆☆ Food: The chicken wraps are a bit sad. Emotionally vacant. Aggressively spicy. Minimal chicken. Caused suffering. Barely anything in there 🤌 Service: busy but the staff is kinda cute and they work really hard. Just not hard enough to actually fill the wraps. I respect the effort, but will not be purchasing a chicken wrap from here again 😅”

  “I visited some days ago and have to say I was quite impressed by this Sam’s Chicken. The establishment appeared to be very clean, staff polite, and tasty food. They were even so kind as to let me try a new type of chicken wings that they added to the menu - absolutely delicious by the way. Thank you, again!”

  “I placed an order for the Boneless Bucket, £30.99 in total with delivery. What an absolute disaster! The delivery was delayed by 40 minutes. The four mayonnaise dips I PAID for weren’t even included. It honestly feels like they just fried some random chicken and potatoes, stuffed them into lavash bread and a burger bun, and called it a meal. Two tiny burgers the size of children’s portions, and two chicken wraps so small you could finish them in two bites. No salad, no sauce — served like we’re animals — and unbelievably spicy. As a pregnant woman, starving and relying on this food, I barely managed to take these pictures. This is completely unacceptable and goes against basic UK consumer protection standards. When a customer pays for a service, they deserve to receive exactly what was advertised — not a mockery. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Avoid the stress, avoid the disrespect, avoid paying £30.99 for what is essentially spicy air. Draw your own conclusions, but this is a perfect example of how NOT to treat customers in the UK.”

  “I went to Sam’s Chicken in Hendon, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I ordered the peri peri chicken wings, and they were genuinely some of the tastiest wings I’ve had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned with that signature peri peri kick, they were juicy, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite had the right balance of spice and tenderness, making them incredibly addictive and truly memorable. What really stood out, besides the delicious food, was the staff. Everyone working there was exceptionally nice, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and positive energy, which instantly made the atmosphere feel inviting. They were patient while taking my order, happy to answer questions, and made sure everything was prepared exactly the way I wanted. Good customer service can make a huge difference, and in this case, it definitely added to the great experience. I also want to mention how clean and tidy the shop was. The dining area, counters, and even the small details like the sauce stations were spotless. It’s always reassuring to see a food place take hygiene seriously, and Sam’s Chicken Hendon clearly does. It made the whole visit feel even more enjoyable and comfortable. Overall, Sam’s Chicken Hendon deserves a solid five stars from me. Between the mouth watering peri peri wings, the welcoming staff, and the clean environment, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others as well!”

  “Shocking, I ordered 2 grilled fillet burgers and fries. The grilled fillet burgers were dry like the Sahara desert and hard. As far as I'm concerned the chicken was far from fresh and should have been thrown away ages ago, but no they sold it to me, great job. The chips were okay but nothing special. I'm adding a photo, zoom in to see how dry they are. Thought I would try this shop again as I have not been here for ages, should not have bothered. Go to this shop at your own risk.”

  “Not worth…. Was waiting for to give order about 5 min and no one came to take my order, instead taking order they were having chit chat behind fridge. Girl with glasses seems to ride as I told her that I was waiting and no one was here. She said we were making others order ready if you want you can wait or leave as we are very busy. Miscommunication Rude”
