“My wife and I have been coming here for a few years, and it’s easily our favourite cocktail bar in London, if not the UK. High Water will always be our go-to for date night cocktails or an end-of-night drink. The service is exemplary—always warm, welcoming, and attentive, and security on the door is always friendly—and we’ve never had a bad drink in here. I’m rather particular about my martini preferences, and the excellent bartenders always nail it: I very rarely order anything else here and it’s a perfect martini every time. Shout out to Tolga, the nicest guy, skilled bartender, and a wonderful host!”
