  “Beautiful luxury spacious interiors, comfortable and plush seating. The most stunning cakes. Smaller and more expensive than other nearby places but you are paying for the location, prestige and service. We enjoyed the top hat exclusive Ascot limited edition cake, carrot cake and pistachio latte. Would have liked larger glasses for the water!”

  “The Lavazza Flagship store in London is not your typical coffee shop, it is a coffee experience! There are choices for every one when it comes to drinks as well as small food items. The staff is extremely professional for a coffee shop. Skip the typical places and go here.”

  “I stopped by Lavazza and ordered a flat white made with their house blend beans from Brazil, Colombia, and India. While I was expecting a stronger, bolder flavor, the coffee turned out to be lighter than I prefer. It was smooth, but a bit mild for my taste. On the food side, the Avocado with Smoked Salmon on toast was delicious — fresh, well-balanced, and a great way to start the day. A special shoutout to Lydia for recommending it as my first meal of the day.”

  “Ended up here serendipitously while resting in Soho. So cool that it's the flagship store. Kind of upscale feel to it and they serve the coffee with a chocolate. Friendly service. Coffee is Lavazza, so dark roast.”

  “Great Italian coffee in a great location just opposite liberty department store..! Huge interior, great service, five pound for Americano comes with chocolate and complimentary crisp/chips. Seating is on point..! Very impressed”

  “Amazing coffee and a fantastic atmosphere. Giuseppe, the manager, took great care of us and made the experience even more enjoyable. The quality and variety of the coffee are outstanding, and the selection of cakes and pastries perfectly complements the drinks. Highly recommended!”

  “Flsgship of Lavazza at Regent which I again enjoyed. Had already visited the Store in Milano and visited the London Store with the same expectations. Really great atmosphere again with great atmosphere and lighting. Had a great Espresso which tasted the same with Milano which shows their focus on quality. The staff was again very friendly and fast and had a great smile. Thank you to the team for the great coffee and a small note - loved again their homemade chips :)”

  “To be honest,I was expecting Lavazsa to be more attractive to me specially about the drinks and small desserts.They actually didn’t create any products which is so unique.Coffee was fine,ambiance was fine,decor was fine but deserts were not fine. Location is very convenient.I like the atmosphere there. I can recommend it”

  “We came in for the coffee and didn't have any food. There were 5 of us and staff found us table quickly, which was surprising given it was heaving with Christmas shoppers everywhere. We tried the following coffees: winter cappuccino, pistachio cappuccino, Tiramisu to Sip, and some regular espressos with a bottle of sparkling water. The drinks were very good and hot enough. However, the minute one of us had an empty cup or glass someone came to take it away while the rest of us were still drinking our coffees. It was quite rude and unnecessary and made us feel rushed and hurried, which is a shame and means we might skip this place next time we are in the area.”

  “Went to this "cafe" in between meetings as wanted a quiet place to sit down and felt the need of a good coffee. The place was very spacious, decoration was very luxurious and it wasn't busy at all, and once I looked at the menu I kind of know why, because it's on the expensive side....a cup of coffee cost over 5 pounds or more, where it usually cos less than 4 pounds. I ordered a flat white and the small snacks was complimentary. Both the snack and coffee were good, and if you are looking for a comfortable and quiet place then it's not a bad choice.”
