Choose your steak option; 12oz Sirloin or prime barrel 10oz Fillet. Both are dry aged for 28 days, seared only then presented on a 400°c volcanic stone allowing you to finish the cooking of every slice to your preference. Accompanied by maldon sea salt and a choice of one steak sauce is included with the price, peppercorn, blue cheese, diane or garlic butter. All steaks are served with home made chips, bass ale beer Battered Onion Rings, a flat cap mushroom and roasted sweet Italian vine tomatoes.
