  “Popped in for a quick after school snack whilst on the way to pick up the wife from work. Really lovely lady gave greeted us and was super friendly and helpful. My lad loved the chips and definitely will call in again when we pass next time 🙌🏻”

  “Every Leeds home match is a win because I get my fish and chips here. Travel 6 hours round trip and even a 5-0 loss it’s still a good day thanks to the best fish and chips in the UK.”

  “First time at Graveleys in a very long time, and definitely not a bad decision! The Fish and Chips were to an exceptional taste and quality. The service was polite, friendly and food was served up in no time, fresh and hot. If I only I had a chip shop as good as this near to my house. Well done 👏”

  “I called on way home with my daughter and thought we would have fish and chips here would of been cheaper going to McDonald’s but because Gravleys hold a good name for there fish and chips I thought I would treat my daughter and was prepared to pay the price as there always expensive are Gravleys restaurants. I ask the women how long the chips had been there she said 5/10 minutes. We ordered sausage and chips , small fish and chips. The fish was all batter the chips where dry and had been sat there for quiet sometimes not fresh hard and stale. The order come to £17.50 I took the food back in and she said they was nothing wrong with them and started eating from my food that I gave her. She then asked a women to taste the same food of my order that I gave them. Said nothing wrong how embarrassing. Pls avoid who would do that! Eating of someone else’s plate. No apology nothing.”

  “Tured up half an hour before closing and ordered four meals. Lady serving us was lovely. Fish was amazing. Husband had the steak pie special. Said the gravy was the best he'd ever had from a fish and chip shop. Will definitely be back.”

  “I asked for freshly cooked fish and a sausage. The staff were happy to do so. I believe this makes a difference especially when you don’t know how long food has been sat waiting to be bought. They were delicious and can recommend this chippy without hesitation.”

  “Went here for fish and chips take out. The fish itself was fantastic. Light tasting, well made cod. Generally coming from Canada I don’t like cod but there is something that the British do that makes it taste so much better. The downfall is the greasy,oily chips. I must admit that’s something left to be desired and didn’t eat it all. I didn’t take a photo like I normally do. Experience was good. I’d recommend. The ratings average is pretty accurate at 4.”

  “All the staff at Tyre Maintenance ltd Leeds decided on an unplanned fish and chip lunch. As we are all unfamiliar with the area we opted to try Graveleys on Elland Road and we were treated to first class service and food. The staff were friendly, polite and willing to help. The standard of the fish was excellent and good value for money.”
