Customer Review Summary

The food is the recurring complaint. Four reviewers describe chicken that looked undercooked, chewy, or raw, and others mention pink burgers, cold food, and buffet bites that tasted freezer-bought under random sauces. Several say nearby tables voiced the same complaints. The pulled pork burgers were the one item a large group enjoyed, though the same group found the cocktails acidic and the replacement drinks like lemonade. One party of sixteen says they were split by a partition wall, and another group was told refunds were not offered after complaining, leaving with only a round of standard drinks.

“Kam was amazing as our server in leeds!! So friendly, been dirty martini before and love the energy here + food is amazing, but this time was elevated by having such a fun and friendly server. would have been back probably but having kam as a server has really made the night for us, at a bottomless is so important to have someone who is fun and makes it fun to be there!!! Lots of love for Kam!!!!”

“Me and six of my friends visited for a bottomless brunch, paying a total of £225. Our server was absolutely lovely and couldn't be faulted. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was extremely disappointing. The food was very poor. The chicken looked undercooked and was so chewy that none of us felt comfortable eating it. Out of the entire sharing cage, the only item we enjoyed was the pulled pork burgers. Even the cocktails were disappointing, with each one leaving a very acidic aftertaste. We spoke to a member of staff about our issues, and a manager came over. She was quite unhelpful and initially only offered to remove the five portions of chips from the bill, a total of £25. We explained that this did not reflect the poor quality of the meal, especially considering we had spent £225 between us. She then offered us a complimentary round of drinks, despite us already being on a bottomless brunch, so this didn't really resolve the issue. As we were still unhappy, we asked whether a partial refund would be possible if we left around 50 minutes early. We were told that refunds were not offered. We then asked if we could have a round of standard drinks instead, as we hadn't enjoyed any of the cocktails on the bottomless brunch menu. The manager was very reluctant and initially refused before eventually agreeing. Unfortunately, the drinks we received just tasted like lemonade. To make matters worse, when some of my friends went to the toilet, they overheard members of staff talking about our group. We found this incredibly unprofessional and it made us feel very unwelcome. We also noticed that other tables around us were complaining about the same issues with the food and drinks. We ended up leaving early as we felt so unwelcome. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. While our server was friendly and did her best, the quality of the food and drinks, the way our complaint was handled, and the unprofessional behaviour from staff mean we definitely won't be returning. We do not recommend at all.”

“Came for bottomless brunch yesterday 11th July. The service was fantastic and the member of staff who we had was lovely. But the food was awful, the chicken was inedible, it was raw! This put us off the rest of our food. We hardly ate anything. The atmosphere wasn’t great but that was perhaps because we booked so early at 2pm.”

“Such a shame the food was so bad as the service was really good and a good selection of drinks. Food was simply a few buffet bites from the back of the freezer coated in some random sauces to try and disguise them, not great at all. Quite a few groups in at the same time as us all felt the same after chatting to some of them.”

“We came on a Sunday so venue was very quiet but still had a fab time. Constant flow of good quality drinks and food was so nice. Anne who served us was really friendly and chatty, had a laugh and a few conversations with her when she came over…lovely person!! Will definitely be back ♥️”
