  “This is a beautifully presented Thai restaurant that feels both elegant and welcoming. The menu is thoughtfully curated rather than extensive - every dish we ordered was visually stunning and wonderfully flavoursome. The Pad Thai tasted just as good as the ones we had in Thailand. Service was attentive, friendly and perfectly paced; and our children were left full and happy. Overall, It was an exception experience from start to finish.”

  “We went as large party of around 12. All food came out at the same time and they were very vigilant about allergies. It took a long time for the servers to come over and take our order however I can see how getting a group of 12 women cooperating can be difficult. I ordered the prawn Penang which was lovely, very flavoursome and just the right amount of prawns. There was one member of our group that wasn't eating so the server got a bowl of crackers for her however he didn't tell her that this is charged. She was very adamant she didn't want to eat but he insisted.”

  “Tasty food, personal favourite was the sticky chicken. Beautiful decor and great service. Had the Pandan Tres Leches, tasted amazing, wish the portions were a bit bigger. They also did BlueLight Discount!”

  “Best thai dining around. The food is great and Bennys service was amazing! She is so sweet and kind, made our experience so much better. The decor is amazing, it’s honestly so pretty. The chicken is also halal which is great. The food is so good, highly recommend the fishermen’s basket, satay chicken, thai green curry, chilli basil stir fry, honestly the list goes on! Highly recommend & will be back. Please thank Benny for her wonderful service”

  “We had such a wonderful time at Giggling Squid! We ordered the Fishermen’s Basket, Red Hot Prawn, and Drunken Noodles, and every single dish was bursting with flavour. The Fishermen’s Basket was perfectly crisp and fresh, the Red Hot Prawn had that addictive heat without overpowering the dish, and the Drunken Noodles were rich, aromatic, and absolutely delicious. A special shout-out to Benny, who truly made our visit exceptional. He was warm, kind, and incredibly attentive — genuinely some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Her thoughtful approach and friendly energy added so much to the meal. Highly recommend Giggling Squid for fantastic food and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!”

  “We were a bit apprehensive about the authenticity of food given it’s a chain. To our surprise, food was phenomenal! Portion size was great. Services were excellent and friendly. They remade the Thai milk tea after we reflected that it tastes watery. Great ambience, decor is cute as well.”

  “The Ambience is beautiful and I immediately wanted to go in. The host was really polite and friendly. The starters were delicious and top marks could be given. The mains were also very tasty and my family loves Thai food and it felt like we were in the right place. I know they keep changing and adding new items to their menu need to give it another go hopefully soon.”
