  “I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Elma Restaurant. Despite the many positive reviews and high ratings online, my visit was nothing like what I expected. Unfortunately, the food did not taste anything close to authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Instead, it felt like they simply reheated frozen ready meals without any real effort. The flavors were dull and uninspired, and nothing seemed fresh or made in the kitchen. The vine stuffed leaves, which should have been a highlight, were canned and lacked any of the authentic taste or texture you'd expect. It was clear they didn’t bother to cook anything properly everything was cold, frozen, and poorly prepared. It’s baffling how a place with such high ratings can serve food of this quality. Honestly, I would never come back, not even for free. It’s a huge disappointment, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for authentic and well-prepared Mediterranean food. This place has a long way to go in terms of service and culinary standards.”

  “We visited on a Saturday lunchtime. We wanted the lunchtime menu but we're given the main menu which is more expensive. We had to ask for it. The waitress was terrible. She was completely disinterested in us and kept playing on her phone in the other room. We had to ask her to serve us several times! The food when it arrived was good but the air conditioning did not seem to work so our table near the kitchen was very hot. When the bill finally came we were overcharged because they did not charge us for the lunchtime menu. The only reason I have rated this restaurant as a 2 star was the food which was nice.”

  “Been here several times since my initial review and love it each time. They do a lunch menu, two course at £16.95 and never fails to disappoint. Love this place. Come and support them I'm sure you'll love it too... Delicious. We went here on the off chance they had a table and on a friend's recommendation and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the staff very attentive and we will certainly be returning again soon. Can highly recommend”

  “We celebrated our daughter's 21st with a small family gathering and everyone, young and old alike, had a great time. We were in the bright and airy garden room which was ample space. The staff were professional, very accommodating and considerate, and helpful throughout. Everyone enjoyed the food and left full!”

  “We visited Elma on a quiet week day and I was looking forward to the visit. I had prawns to start which were good but didn't carry much of the flavour that was in the sauce. I had the steak with the chips that are always featured on their social media. The steak was nice but the chips were nothing special and did taste just like frozen wedges but I have seen they make them from scratch on Instagram so I can't imagine they are frozen. The service was very good and the restaurant is decorated well.”

  “Visited Elma for the first time with some friends last Friday and left very disappointed. I ordered the mixed grill and the chicken was not cooked (pink)! The staff were apologetic and tried to make it up to me but the reality is that it should not have happened! We waited a very very long time (over an hour or so) to get our mains and were not asked when we would like these to come out (they left us with our starter platter for way too long). I prompted them 45 minutes before we needed to leave to make it to the cinema in order to get the mains to come and the food (uncooked chicken) was only brought out 15 minutes before we had to leave so there was not time for me to accept any other replacement meal from them. They tried to give me a starter but I had to also take that away. I did not pay for the main (as I couldn’t eat it) but no further deductions were made from the bill which was very disappointing. I won’t be returning again sadly. The one apologetic staff member increased my rating to a 2 star, otherwise food wise I’d give them a 1 star. Raw chicken is a very preventable mistake.”

  “Great food & good service, but if you're going in winter wear thermals. There was an awful draft which made us freezing, we had to keep our coats on the whole time Unfortunately won't be visiting again until summer to avoid frostbite”

  “Lovely little Greek place in Leamington 😍🤩👍 we had walked past it several times and always looked and said we must try it in there, and then we did 🤩 very nice decor! Food was so good! Staff very friendly and attentive 👍 would definitely recommend 😁”
