  “If only I could give zero. Waste of money, ordered via the app £35.99, our order got mixed up apparently( not our fault) and the driver returned it to the shop without even trying to deliver it, after ringing and an hour later we received our order. Cold ,chewy it was so bad we didn't even eat it. Will not order again.”

  “I rang the reception because my food was an hours late. They told me that my driver rang me that he was outside but I never got a phone call. He then told me I had to drive to the reception to pick my food up even though they didn’t ring me or msg me on just eat.( paid for delivery).They then realised they were wrong and turned up outside. The driver told me I was wrong even though I showed them I didn’t get a call or message on just eat. He looked at me didn’t say anything and got back in his car. Very rude staff!”

  “If I could give them zero I would! During the night after having this for our tea a few of us were really poorly. We all had the same pizza! Must of been that as only thing we all had which was the same! Called the shop, not even an apology! Kept lying saying they need to talk to their area manager and they would email me at 11am, 1pm, 4pm and just went on like this. One man said it’s not their food as they know it doesn’t make you sick!! What!!! No one knows if something isn’t quite right otherwise “food poisoning “ wouldn’t exist! They went on to send me their temperature sheets for a fridge! I’m shocked and would avoid from now on!”

  “Unfortunately wasn't impressed, had 2 pizzas pepperoni and a ham pineapple and extra peppers. The pepperoni pizza was cooked perfectly my son enjoyed but mine was under cooked and cold. Ordered chips which was ment to serve 2 but was enough for 1. The chicken wings were delicious and the cookies were lovely”

  “Had a great experience at Domino’s Hardwick! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The staff were friendly, quick, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. The service was fast, and the store was clean and welcoming. Definitely my go-to Domino’s location — highly recommend!”

  “Placed an order online for delivery and paid, but I didn't get any confirmation email. So I phoned up to check they got my order. I gave the man my details and the order but he said they hadn't received it. He checked with everyone but they were certain nothing had come through on their system. He didn't offer any solutions so I ended the call a bit baffled. A minute later, their delivery driver knocked on my door holding my order. Something very wrong with their communication.”
