  “Ordered food for delivery at 6pm, contacted as not delivered by 6.20pm and told 5 minutes away still not delivered at 6.40pm so rang to cancel. This company have still taken money from my credit card and when called to discuss hung up on me.”

  “This place is the most disgusting food I have ever seen I took one bite and wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. They sent me donner naan bread wrap when I ordered a chicken and cheese wrap the delivery driver was rude and useless and made me walk about looking for him after easy clear instructions. Once I got back and checked my food realised it was wrong they was not answering the phone to me called 3 times and nothing I didn’t even want a refund maybe just a sorry and could send something else out. I wish I took pictures of the state this food come in”

  “Asked for a doner meat, chips & salad. Doner wasn't properly cooked and chips were unusually piping hot - and the salad was at the bottom collecting the doner's grease... seriously? What is this amateur hour? I will never visit again.”

  “Best lamb and chicken Sheesh in Downham. Nice tender lamb and the chicken is marinated in a fab sauce. Good sized portions for a good price.”

  “I usually really enjoy the food I order. However this time, I ordered a chicken fillet burger, and when I opened the box, I was shocked to see a burger made up of cheap frozen processed battered 'chicken', and the cheese naan was really bland with next to no cheese in it whatsoever. Super disappointed with the quality of food, specially for the price.”

  “Staff are friendly and the food is always very good, never cold. It's near the town centre so takeout is simple and there's parking spaces nearby. Building is small but there is a sofa and there is typically not many people there so crowding is avoided. The menu is very long with lots of different options.”

  “Without a doubt the best takeaway!! We always use spice hut and never had bad food from there at all. the drivers are always really friendly and polite to. Food is always hot and and fresh. Wouldn’t use any other takeaways apart from spice but.”
