  “Honestly the best food ive had in my life (it tasted so good without any processed crap and gave me nostaglia of being in italy haha) and ive tried food from all over the world from travelling,anyways the staff were really nice and the atomopshere was brilliant, im definetely coming back to this gem of a restraunt and bringing my mates to experience this food man. Anyways i wrote a book but short story short it was really good! :)”

  “My family and i had a really wonderful evening eating at Franks tonight. Its been a couple of years since we last went, purely as we have two young children so find it hard to get out. But the staff were warm and friendly from start to finish. One of the staff even showing our children how the huge traditional pizza oven works, they were very impressed! 😃 🍕 The service was brilliant and attentive, the food was SUPER delicious and cooked to order, we even had left overs for the next two days lunches 😃👍🏻 I would highly recommend any one visit Franks.”

  “Visited with my wife on Friday 20th March. We have been looking forward for a long time to visit this well established Italian restaurant after receiving positive reviews from work colleagues and friends. We arrived after 6pm and had to wait to be seated. We were taken out the back to a function type room, where a table of at least 8 people were seated still with their coats on. We sat down and were given menus and we noticed 2 tiny little heaters in a very cold room. I told my wife to turn the heater round to her but the size of the heater made no difference in a room of that size. I asked the waiter for a Budweiser only to be told they did not have any, so i opted for a Perroni. This waiter, the other male waiter and the lady serving kept coming in and out of this room leaving the door open!!! Did you not have a clue EVERYONE was cold, yet you kept leaving the door open. When you think of a quaint Italian restaurant you expect a warm welcoming atmosphere in a cosy bistro..... This was none of these. If you are coming here before the weather gets hot please bring arctic clothing. On to the food.... My wife ordered the Spaghetti saltinbocca and i opted for the Lasagne, with a side order of chips and Pizza base Garlic bread. My Lasagne was not overly hot and to be honest tasted bland and dry, my wife`s dish was not spicy and they did not even use fresh chilli`s, but dried chilli !! The best dish was the Garlic bread and the chips so we ate those, paid the bill and made our way to a warm car !! Very disappointed and wont ever return, my advice is to warm the restaurant adequately for your customers comfort, SHUT the doors when you come in and out and take a bit more care over your food preparation using fresh ingredients. The pizza`s that were being served looked nice, so wished we ordered those instead!!”
