Customer Review Summary
Breakfast is the main draw at this cafe tucked away behind B&Q. Reviewers praise a full English with meaty, snappy sausages and sauté potatoes, and breakfast baps that one longtime regular says are not the same when made at home. A bacon roll with coffee comes close behind, and one reviewer calls the latte expertly made. Others mention a wrap, treats on the front counter and a spooky Halloween cookie. Staff are repeatedly described as friendly, the space as clean and cosy with a few tables and a sofa area, and prices as very reasonable. Seating is limited, and one reviewer expects peak times to make finding a seat hard. The one dissenting reviewer found the phone answer slow and blunt, the staff at collection partly rude, and the food bland, and said they would not return. Another reviewer, who stopped in while waiting for a car at Kwik Fit, left with a coffee and a bacon roll and called both great.

“You have to try here. Amazing little find, tucked away behind B&Q but well worth it. We had the full English and the quality of the food stood out straight away. The sausages had awesome snap and were meaty. The sauté potatoes were a surprising addition to the plate but I feel they elevated the breakfast. By far the best breakfast we've had since lockdown down. Service is relaxed, friendly and knowledgeable. Be warned though there isn't much seating so I can imagine in peak times it must be hard to get a seat. I would definitely wait to eat here though. Latte was expertly made and the coffee seemed good quality too. Not the cheapest we've had but priced cheap for the quality of the food. There are savory treats, sandwiches and cakes but we were too stuffed to try them too. 11/10 we will definitely be back.”

“We've been to Kings a few times now. It's a hidden gem and truly a great cafe to visit! Great prices, lovely staff and the cafe itself is relally cute- whether you want to sit inside or out. I saw some dog treats so I'd assume it's also dog friendly 🙂”

“This place is a hidden gem. Needed somewhere for a coffee while waiting for my car at Kwik Fit, and this came up on Maps. At first it seemed to be in an unpromising area in the commercial/industrial area behind B&Q, but I was really pleased I decided to go. A coffee and a bacon roll for not much more than a coffee at one of the big national chains. Both coffee and roll were great. A few tables and a sofa area if you want to "eat in". Cosy, friendly, clean. What's not to like.”

“Lovely vibes over halloween! Delicious, hot coffee paired with a spooky cookie, definitely recommend popping in”
