  “It's always a treat to visit this cafe. We've had several lovely lunches here, but we particularly enjoyed our last visit. We were spoiled for choice with the menu - there were some great summer specials - and the food was excellent. We tend to be a bit nervous ordering crepes, as we've had some poor crepes at other places, but the crepes here were soft, light, and delicious. Thank you to the friendly staff who served us. We look forward to coming back again.”

  “First time at the Little Teahouse in Ilkley and we were not disappointed. The welcome was very friendly and the service was good. The place was busy but we didn't have to wait too long to order. The food was very nice and the portions were generous. Would go back again when in town.”

  “I met a friend I hadn’t seen in years on unfortunately hottest day of the year! We were overheated so booked a table inside, and immediately ordered tap water. It arrived tepid and when we asked for ice was told “we don’t have any”. Waited for food for over an hour! The excuse was there was an issue in the kitchen. Fair enough but we ordered avocado salads (no cooking) We were left with 10 minutes to eat, as I had to get a train home. Basic 70’s thrown together salad for £14 each !! We tried to politely complain but the staff were defensive. Really not good business.”

  “Ordered afternoon tea and they accommodated gluten free, vegetarian and a child's one. All of them were lovely. Excellent food, good portion sizes, great selection and the service was amazing. Everything we asked for they gave us without hesitation. We ordered processco and have never seen a glass so full! Thanks for making our afternoon so special!”

  “First time in visting llkley we have only passed through and today we thought to stop by. This a little gem tooked away. Food is delicious and staff are friendly. We got a few cakes to save for later and must say are divine. We will be returning when we come back”

  “What a beautiful little gem in the heart of Ilkley. Ill be honest my mum and I had planned on going to Bettys but after been told there was an hours wait, we decided to try somewhere else. Im so glad we did. Service impeccable, food was delicious with some lovely choices it was difficult to decide and the cakes all homemade were absolutely delicious. Lovely variety of teas. We will definitely go back !”

  “This is a really lovely cafe in the heart of Ilkley. The staff provided a warm welcome on arrival. On a cold day, it was nice to have a fire burning to warm up. The food is well prepared and tastes great. It's refreshing to see a good children's menu too, with finger sandwiches and fruit bowls available that suited our 3 year old. Highly recommended”

  “A busy but friendly coffee shop set over 2 floors. There’s plenty of food options as well as an extensive choice of teas! We plumped for the lemon and ginger tea which was refreshing. The food came in good time and was freshly made. We saw lots of customers having crepes which we couldn’t manage this time, but will return to try these out!!”
