  “Used to really rate this place but its gone right downhill. Rang for a delivery asked for wraps and 2 portions of French fries order came no fries I rang and the reply was sorry for confusion all our wraps come with fries inside the wrap since when. Lady offered to send fries out free obviously but I would have to pay the delivery charge to the driver wtaf so £20.50 for 2 wraps with a few chips chucked inside checked menu they do a wrap with chips inside but not what i asked for so why should I have to pay for delivery again when there mistake and they're based 5mins from me. What if we wanted the fries for another household member. Won't be using no more sad as been going there since the 90s”

  “I have been coming here since I was a little girl always ordering the same thing fries with sweetcorn relish plus a milkshake always perfect Gerrard one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet foods lovely always has been best fries in Hull I had a craving for these fries last year drove all the way from Sheffield for some fries lol I’m sure you’ll remember me Gerrard you’d call me Sue Junior as my mother worked in club a few doors down been coming here since I was a girl & I’ll be popping by next time I’m in hull great food always has been thanks 🥰🥰🥰🥰”

  “Been using burger bites for a very long time like over 20 years but I really don’t know what’s happened of late but the food quality has gone right down hill. Often order donner calzone which use to come like a giant Cornish pastie, now it come flat and hardly any meat in them and the edge where its folds is just dough only a little bit of meat in the middle for the price it’s absolutely ridiculous. Chips are soggy this place never use to be like that.”

  “If I could give zero stars I would. The standard and quality of this place has gone down hill massively. Food is ALWAYS cold, always soggy and looks and tastes like it’s been sat there for days. When you ring up to ask why you have paid nearly £40 for two portions of food, you’re met with the most unprofessional and rude staff. The delivery takes nearly 2 hours as well, it’s called “fast food” for a reason, yet takes 2 hours to be delivered.”

  “We've been coming here for years. We always have the Tandoori Chicken sandwiche, it's amazing. The staff and service are always second to none. Just a shame you haven't got one in West Hull k”

  “Got my first order wrong I asked for the sauce separately they put it allover the food which my son doesn't like. Ordered again and there was a long hair on the food. I thought if you work with food and have long hair you are meant to wear a hair net”

  “Absolutely amazing!!! Hidden gem of endike lane. Come here very often and quality of food never declines and they greet you with a smile. The best meal for a long day after school is the doner kebab and chips with mayo and chili sauce.”

  “Been using burger bites for years now, placed my order over the phone then waited outside until it's ready, however this time they thought they would rip me of for food what should have been £14.30 they actually charged me £15.50? The chip butty I received was absolutely vile, the bread cake was drowned in butter it was awful, my chips were all greasy because of the butter they decided to sling all over the breadcake it was just awful the worse place I have eaten to date.”

  “My son and his partner ordered this for us and what an absolute joke. The order was placed via their email and I have never seen such a disgrace. We ordered pizzas, chicken and garlic bread along with sauces and extras. We left clear instructions on the choices/extras part of each individual item (for example salad no tomato) however they were completely ignored. The chicken was solid and pizza crusts were paper thin and like cardboard. The salad was messed up and they hadn't followed our requests. Sauces were missing and items were sent wrong. When we called we were told that we needed to pay an extra 50p for a spoonful of tomato on the garlic bread, they would replace it but wanted the original garlic bread back. This is not only poor customer service but a health hazzard, what did they do with it lets hope it wasn't reheated and sent out on the next order. This is pure greed and lack of interest in customer care. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. The food is substandard and I for one will not forget the service they received.”
