“After having read mixed reviews we thought we would give Grand Ruby, Preston a try. They were very accommodating with our requests, vegan option and omitting other ingredients from our other dishes. I really wish I had listened to the negative reviews! What a waste of nearly £40. It was unappetising to look at and eat. The chips were dry and horrible, the crispy chicken was soggy and the noodle dishes had a strange taste...I wondered if they had been cooked and stood somewhere. Never again, horrendous!”
